| Description | Hi Kerwin The reproduction method is as follows. 1) install B tv App at Mobile(Smart phone) 2) Connect the TV and the mobile device to the remote control and earphone. 3) Disconnected after pop-up is displayed (about once per hour) (Same issue occurs even if the STB is replaced ) JIRA issues are as follows. and https://jira.skbroadband.com/browse/BTVV-3615 The attached log was tested by the our QA team, so please check this as well. 11/30 16:24 -> reconnect 17:13 -> There's noise and the connection is disconnected. Hi all, Here I add a comment for the other information from JIRA. - FW: Smart3 / 15.531.10-0001 - Mobile phone: LM-V500N - OS: Android 11 - Reproducing Frequency: Irregular, It occurs at least once every hour 12/07 Update with YK - This issue will be reviewed by AML, who developed the related functions at the time.
